WHEREAS, Collier County has recognized and attempted to
address the lack of adequate and affordable housing for moderate,

of such housing by including several provislons in the Collier

waiver of impact fees; ilnd

one (1) three-bedroom unit (the "Dwelling Unit") on Lot 20, Eden
