WHEREAS, Collier County has recognized and attempted to address the lack of adequate and afford~ble housing for moderate, low, and very-low incor:w households In the County and the need for creative and innovative programs to assist in the provision of such housing by including several provisions ln the Collier County Grm..;th 1-1anaqement Plan, including: objective 1.4, policy 1.4.1; obJective 1.5, policy 1.5.2, policy 1.5.3, policy 1.5.4, policy 1.5. 5, policy 1.5, G; objective 1,6, policy 1. 6.3; objectivE' ~.1, policy 2.1.1, policy 2.1.2, policy 2.1.3, policy 2.1.5, and policy 2.1.6 of the Housing Element; and WtIEREAS, Collier County has received funding pursuant to the State liousing Initiatives Partnership Program set forth in Section 00.907 eL.___c;_eCj., Florida statutes and Chapter 91-37, Florida Ad~inistrative Code; and vlHEREAS, In accordance "'lith Collier County Ordinance No, 93-19, the County IS authorized to use funding fror.l the State Housing Initiatives Partnership [SHIP] Program for waivers of Collier County impact fees; and ~..JflEREAS, Imr:lOr:alee Non-Profit Housinq, Inc. is seeking a waiver of impact fees; and WHEREAS, Immokalee non-Profit Housing, Inc. will construct one (1) three-bedroom unit (the "Dwelling Unit") on Lot 13, Eden Park 1st Addition Subdivision, Immokalee which is proposed to sell for Forty Thousand Dollars ($40,000.00); and THE REMAINDER OF THIS RESOLUTION CAN BE FOUND ON MICROFILM IN THE CLERK TO THE BOARD MINUTES AND RECORDS OFFICE FOURTH FLOOR ADMINISTRATION BUILDING COLLIER COUNTY GOVERNMENT CENTER
