WHEREAS, Collier County has recognized and attempted to
address the lack of adeqLlatc and affordable housing for moderate,

of such housing by including several pro'/isions in the Collier

WHEREAS, Collier COllnty has received funding pursuant to the
State liollsing Initiati';cs Partnership Program set forth in
Section ,~20_907 G.L~____?....Qq., Florida Statutes and ChaptGr 91-37,
Florida Administrative Code; nnd
'IHlERE1\S, in accordance .~ii th Collier County Ordinance No.
93~19, the County 15 authorized to llse fundinq from the State
Housing InitiCltives Partnership [SHIP] Program for waivers of
Collier County impact fees; and
WHEREAS, Immol<.alee lion-Profit Housing, Inc. is seeking a
waiver of impact fees; nnd
\-JHEREAS. Innokalee Non-Profit Housing, Inc. will construct
one (1) three~bedroon unit (the "Dvlelling Unit") On Lot 12, Eden
Park 1st Addition SUbdivision, Immokalee w'hich is proposed to
sell for Forty Thousand Dollars ($1,0,000.00); and
