RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS, COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING PAYI1ENT OF LIBRARY SYSTEM Ir1PACT
FEES, PARKS AND RECREATIONAL FACILITIES IMPACT
FEES, ROAD IMPACT FEES, EMERGENCY MEDICAL
SERVICES IMPACT FEES AND EDUCATIONAL
FACILITIES SYSTEM IMPACT FEES FOR ONE HOUSE TO
BE CONSTRUCTED BY IMMOKALEE NON-PROFIT
HOUSING, INC. ON LOT 11, EDEN PARK 1ST
ADDITION SUBDIVISION, IMMOKALEE.
WHEREAS, Collier County has recognized and attempted to
address the Jack of adequate and affordable housing for moderate,

for creative and innovative programs to assist in the provision
of such housinq by including several pro'Iisions in the Collier
County GrO'.....th t-1anagernent Plan, including: objective 1.4, policy

WHEREAS, Collier County has received funding pursuant to the
State Housing Initiatives Partnership Program set forth in
Section 1,20.907 ct. seq" Florida Statutes and Chapter 91-37,
Florida Administrative Code; and

93-19/ the County is authorized to use funding from the State
Housing Initiatives Partnership [SHIP] Prograr:l for waivers of
Collier County impact fees; and
WHEREAS, Il.lmokalee tlon-Profit Housing, Inc. is seeking a
waiver of impact fees; and
WHEREAS, Immokalee ~1on~Profit !lousing, Inc. will construct
one (1) three-bedroom unit (the ltOwelling Unit") on Lot II, Eden
Park 1st Addition Subdivision, ImmokalGc ',.;hich is proposed to
sell for Forty Thousand Dollars ($40,000.00); and
