Resolution 1995-003 lb~ '2 RESOLUTIGtI NO. 95- 3 RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZItlG PAYMEtJT OF LIBRARY SYSTEM I11PACT FEES, PARKS AND RECREATIONAL FACILITIES IMPACT FEES, ROAD IMPACT FEES, EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES IMPACT FEES AND EDUCATIONAL FACILITIES SYSTEM IMPACT FEES FOR ONE HOUSE TO BE CONSTRUCTED BY IMMOKALEE NON-PROFIT HOUSING, INC. ON LOT 3, EDEN PARK 1ST ADDITION SUBDIVISION, IMMOKALEE. WHEREAS, Collier County has recognized and attempted to address ~hc lack of adequate and affordable housing for moderate, low, and very-lo'~1 income households in the County and the need for creative and innovative programs to assist in the provision of such housing by i:lcluding several provisions in the Collier County Gro'w'th 11anagement_ Plan, including: objective 1.4, policy 1.4.1; objectlvc 1.5, policy 1.5.2, policy 1.5.J, policy 1.5.4, policy 1. :) . 5 , policy 1.5.6; objective 1.6, policy 1.6. J ; objectiv" :0.1, policy :0.1.1, policy :0.1.2, policy 2.1.3, policy WHEREAS, Collier County has received fllnding pursuant to the 2.1.5, and policy 2.1.6 of the Housing Element; and State Housing Initiatives Partnership Program set forth in Section 420.907 ~_-,,~., Florida Statutes and Chapter 91-37, Florida Administrative Code; and ,~'HEREj\S t 1 n accordance 'di th ColI ier County Ordinance No. 93-19, the ~ounty is authorized to US" funding from the State Housing Initiatives Partnership [SHIP] Program for waivers of Collier COtJ~ty impact fees; and WHEREAS, Immokalcc Non-Profit Housing, Inc. is seeking a waiver of impact fees; and WHEREAS, Immokalce ilon-Profit Housing, Inc. will construct one (1) three-bedroom unit (the lIDwelling Unit") on Lot 3, Eden Park 1st Addition Subdivision, lmmokalee which IS proposed to sell for FarLy Thousand Dollars ($40,000.00); and THE REMAINDER OF THIS RESOLUTION CAN BE FOUND ON MICROFILM IN THE CLERK TO THE BOARD MINUTES AND RECORDS OFFICE FOURTH FLOOR ADMINISTRATION BUILDING COLLIER COUNTY GOVERNMENT CENTER
