RESOLUTION RE PETITION PU-76-4-C, MESSIAH LUTHERAN CHURCH FOR
PROVISIONAL USE - ADOPTED
County Manager Cunningham said that Messiah Lutheran Church
filed Petition PU-76-4-c, requesting provisional use in Tract
81 & 81.1, Unit 30, Golden Gates Estates, located at the corner
of 58th Street, S.W. and Golden Gate Parkway approximately l~
miles east of the mini-mall.
He reported that the staff recommends approval with the
following stipulations:
1. Compliance with all applicable regulations governing
this use, such as but not limited to, health, zoning,
building, and fire codes.
2. Area zoned "ST" to be left intact and undisturbed.
3. Applicant to mako a firm committment to donate 17.5 feet
of R.O.W. on the Golden Gate Parkway to the appropriate
governmental agency, if and when needed.
4. Parking area to have concrete curb stops in order' to
insure and maintain good traffic circulation system
within subject property. The staff agreed this item
is optional.
Mr. Spagna stated that the applicant has indicated they
will adhere to stipulation '3.
Commissioner Wenzel moved, seconded by Commissioner Wimer
and carried unanimously, that the following resolution regarding
Petition PU-76-4-C for Messiah Lutheran Church for provisional
use be adopted.

BUDGET AMENDMENT 76-52 IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,850 TO TRANSFER
FUNDS NEEDED TO PURCHASE A DRY FOAM SHAMPOOER AND A STEAM
EXTRACTION MACHINE ADOPTED
~ommissioner Wimer moved, seconded by Commissioner Wenzel
and carried unanimously, that Budget Amendment 76-52 in the
amount of $1,850 to transfer funds needed to purchase a dry
foam shampooer and a stearn extraction machine to properly care
for carpets be adopted.
