enforce ~oning and such business t0gulations as are necc~isary for the
protection of the publici and
WHEREAS, the County FIUrSlJ2:1t til~reto h~~ adopted a i,ar,d
Development Code (Ordirdnc~ No. 9]-}:)2) whicll includes a
Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance ~~st~:,l i~hir,g ,equlations for the
zoning of particular geographic divisions of the County, among wllich
is the granting of Conditional T>3es; ;IIle:
WHEREAS, the Collier Couni.y Pl.Jnil~nc; C:c!;,'JC.ission, being the duly
appointed and constituted plannin0 bGa~d ~or the area l,ereby
affected, has held a public Ilcaring aftf'r ~otice as in said
regulations made and provided, ~lnd has con~idercd the advisability of
Conditional Use "I" of Section 2.2.4.3 ill an "RSF-]" zone for a
boathouse on the property Ilereina~te, described, and has found as a
matter of fact (Exhibit "I\") that :o(:;tisfactc'Cy provision and
arrangement have been made C8ncer~ln~ all applicable matters required
by said regulations and in nccord~rlc'e with Subs~ctioll 2.7.4.4 of the
Land Development Code for the Collie~ County Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, all interested par+::ie::; have been given opportunity to
