60, Public Records of Collier County, Florida; and
Florida statutes, to convey the sUbject parcel of land to Collier
the County, other than this firm promise that Collier County will use
said real property for a public purpose; and

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County,

Florida, upon recommendation from the Collier county Airport
Authority, hereby declares that the subject parcel of real property is
and will continue to be a valuable asset to facilitate public purpose ~~g
activities at the Everglades city Airpark, a public airport managed by
the Collier County Airport Authority; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County,
Florida, on behalf of the County of collier, a political subdivision
of the state of Florida and a IIgovernmental entityll within the intent
of section 337.25 (h), Florida statutes, hereby declares that the
subject parcel of real property is needed by Collier county and its
Airport Authority for the use and benefit of the Everglades City
Airpark, and that said real property will be used for a public purpose
within the intent of Section 337.25 (h), Florida statutes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA that:
1. The Board of County Commissioners hereby requests that the
Florida Department of Transportation convey to Collier County, by
public purpose quit-claim deed, all of its rights, title, and

interests in the subject real property, which is described in Exhibit
"A" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
2. Collier County and the Collier Collier Airport Authority,
will continue to use the subject requested real property for public
purposes within the intent of section 337.25 (h), Florida statutes.
3. John Drury, Executive Director of the Collier County Airport
Authority, shall convey a true copy of this Resolution and its Exhibit
"A" to the Florida Department of Transportation.
4. John Drury, on behalf of the Board of County Commissioners of
Collier County, is hereby delegated full authority to accept from the
FOOT on behalf of Collier County, the said public purpose quit-claim
deed and to have that deed recorded in the public Records of Collier
County.
PASSED AND DULY ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of

the North line of said Section 23, 934.51 feet to a point on the
centerline of Everglades Airport r"nway; thence S 30'27'02" E along
said centerline, 12.50 feet to a point; thence N 59'32'58" E 450.00
feet to "The Point of Beginning" thence N 37045'21" E 255.41 feet to a
P.C. of a curve to the right; thence along the arc of said curve with
