RESOLUTION FOR PETITION AV 96-027 TO VACATE A
PORTION OF A 10-FOOT DRAINAGE EASEMENT AND A
PORTION OF A 20-FOOT MAINTENANCE EASEMENT
LOCATED ON A PORTION OF LOT 8. BLOCK A OF THE PLAT
OF HIDDEN HARBOUR AT VICTORIA PARK. AS RECORDED IN
PLAT BOOK 19, PAGES 52-53 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS. pursuant to Sections 177.101, Florida Statutes, Fred and Joanne Raimann,
owners, request to vacate a portion or a 10-foot drainage easement and a portion of a 20-foot
malntanance easement located on a portion or Lot 8, Block A or the Plat of Hidden Harbour at
Victoria park, as recorded in Plat Book 19, Pages 52-53 or the Public Records or Collier County,
Aorida; and
WHEREAS, tha Board has this day held a public hearing to consider vacating a portion or
said plats as more fully described below, and notice or said public hearing to vacate was given as
required by law; and
WHEREAS. tha granting or the vacation will not adversely affect the ownership or right of
convenient aecass or other property owners.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the rollowing ba and Is hereby vacated:
See Exhibit "A" attached to and incorporated herein.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk is hereby directed to record a certified copy of
this Resolution in tha Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and to make proper notations or
this vacation on the piaL
