Upon receipt by the HOl,sing and Urban Improvement Director of an agreement for waiver signed by Robin Starter. or olher documentation acceptable to the County Attorney, the Ooard of County Commissioners hereby aUlhorizes the payment by Collier County of tile following impact fees from the Affordable Housing Trust Fund, Fund (191 l, in the following amounts for the one (I) house to be built at 360 Everglades Boulevard South in Collier County, Florida by Robin Storter.
