Kent, President of Hideout Golf Club, lnc., the general partner of Itidcout Golf Club Ltd.. a Florida Limited Partnership (the "Petitioner") and the Collier County Board of County Cormnissioners (tile "Board"). RECITAI, S WItEREAS, Petitioner is the owner of property located on BrantIcy Boulevard in Seclions 24 and 25, Township 49 South, Range 26 East (hereinafter the "subject property"), more particularly described by Exhibit I attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein; and \VtlEREAS, tile Petitioner will construct an 18 hole golf course driving range, pro-shop, clubhouse and maintenance building on the subject property; WttEREAS, the Petitioner is required to provide adequate parking in accordance wifil the rcquircmenls of Division 2.3 of the Collier County Land Development ('role; and WIIEREAS, the Petitioner maintains that tile parking spaces required fi~r the subjcct proper~y are excessive; and WttEREAS, pursuant to Section 2.3.14 of the t, and Development Code, lh¢ Periltoner is requesting a reservation of 25 parking spaces from the required 113 parking spaces.
