RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF SWEETWATER BAY II
A REPLAT OF A PORTION OF A PREVIOUSLY RECORDED PLAT KNOWN AS
SWEETWATER BAY, AND AUTHORIZING THE VACATION OF A PORTION OF
TRACT USn AND TRACT "T" OF SWEETWATER BAY
WHEREAS, the
County, Florida,
Sweetwater Bay for
County Commissioners of Collier
2, 1994 approved the plat of
and

recording;
WHEREAS, Sterling Oaks Joint
portion of Tract "8" and allot Tract
haa tiled for a replat of said lands;
Venture is replatting a
"Tn of Sweetwater Bay and
and
WHEREAS, the granting of the vacation will not adversely
affect the ownership or right of convenient access of other
property ownersi,and
WHEREAS, except as provided for in this Resolution, this
replat does not extinguish or in anyway affect the dedications
contained in the previous plat of these lands; and
WHEREAS, sterling Oaks Joint Venture desires to vacate
those areas as described in Exhibit "An; and
WHEREAS, as required by section 177.101, Florida
statutes, notice of the proposed vacation was published in a
local newspaper of general circulation in not less than two
weekly issues, and all of the other requirements set forth in
section 177.101 Florida Statutes, have been met; and
WHEREAS, this parcel, the approved plat of Sweetwater Bay
II, is a part ot a previously approved and recorded plat,
Sweetwater Bay, and the tiling and recording of this approved
plat shall not affect access to lots previously conveyed under
the Sweetwater Bay plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED BY THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the plat
of sweetwater Bay II, a part of a previously approved and
recorded plat, Sweetwater Bay, is hereby approved for recording
and the dedications contained on the plat of Sweetwater Bay II
are hereby accepted, and those lands described in Exhibit "Atl
are hereby vacated. Said vacation shall become valid and
effective upon recordation of the subject replat.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the Clerk of the
Circuit Court shall make proper notation of this action upon the
previous plat and record a certified copy of this replat and a
certified copy of the vacation resolution in the Official
Records of Collier County.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority
vote favoring same.
