LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
Lots 34 Block 85 Unit 3 Part GOLDEN GATE according to
the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 5 Page 102 of the
Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
You, as the owner of the property above described, as
recorded in the records maintained by the office of the
Property Appraiser, are hereby advised that the Compliance
Services Manager, did on 1/22/96, order the abatement of a
certain nuisance existing on the above property prohibited by
Ordinance 91-47, serving notice thereof upon you, such
nuisance being:
Prohibited accumulation of non-protected mowable
vegetation in eXC~88 of 18- in height in a subdivision
other than Golden Gate Estates. Prohibited dumping,
accumulation, storage or burial of litter, waste or
abandoned property.
You failed to abate such nuisance; whereupon, it was abated
by the expenditure of public funds at a direct cost of $48.00
and administrative cost of $200.00 for a total of $248.00.
Such costs, by Resolution of the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida, have been assessed
against the above property on HAY 2 8 1996
and shall
become a lien on the property thirty (30) days after such
assessment.
You may request a hearing before the Board of County
Commissioners to show cause, if any, why the expenses and
charges incurred by the County under this Ordinance are
unwarranted or excessive or why such expenses should not
constitute a lien against the property. Such request for
hearing must be made to the Clerk of the Board of County
Commissioners, Government Center, Naples, Florida 33962 in
writing within thirty (30)
days from the date of this
