Lot 9, Block 3, Naples Manor Addition, as recorded in
Plat Book 3, Pages 67 and 68, Collier County Public
Records subject to any restrictions, reservations or
easements of record and further subject to taxes for the
year 1995 an subsequent years.
You, as the owner of the property above described, as
recorded in the records maintained by the office of the
Property Appraiser, are hereby advised that the Compliance
Services Manager, did on 12/20/95, order the abatement of a
certain nuisance existing on the above property prohibited by
Ordinance 91-47, serving notice thereof upon you, such
nuisance being:
Prohibited accumulation of non-protected mowable
vegetation in excess of 18" in height in a subdivision
other than Golden Gate Estates. Prohibited dumping,
accumulation, storage or burial of litter, waste or
abandoned property.
Scattered paper, plastic, etc.
You failed to abate such nuisance; whereupon, it was abated
by the expenditure of public funds at a direct cost of
$198.00 and administrative cost of $200.00 for a total of
$398.00. Such costs, by Resolution of the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida, have b~en assessed
