RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF SUNGATE CENTER
PUD A REPLAT OF A PORTION OF A PREVIOUSLY RECORDED PLAT
KNOWN AS GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT NO, 26
WHEREAS, the Board of County commisnioners of Collier County,
Florida, on November 17, 1964, approved the plat of Golden Gate
Estates unit No. 26 for recording; and
WHEREAS, the Wynn Real Estate Partnership has acquired Tracts
123 and 124 of Golden Gate Estates Unit No. 26 and has filed for a
replat of said lands; and
WHEREAS, this replat does not extinguish or in anyway affect
the dedications contained in the previous plat of these lands unless
said dedications are formally vacated simultaneously with the
zcceptance of this replat; and
WHEREAS, this parcel, the approved plat of sungate Center
PUD, is a part of a previously approved and recorded plat, Golden
Gate Estates Unit No, 26, and the filing and recording of this
approved plat shall not affect access to lots previously conveyed
under the Golden Gate Estates Unit No, 26 plat.
HOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED BY THE BOAi") OF
COUUTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the pla.- of
Sungate Center PUD, a part of a previously appro'red and rec",'ded
plat, Golden Gate Estates Unit No. 26, is hereby approved for
recording and the dedications contained on the olat of SU119"te
Center PUD are hereby accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that t
Circui t Court shall make proper notation of this
previous plat and record this replat resolution
