ORDER SEALING RECORDS
THIS CAUSE having come before the Court on May 11,2026, on the ore tenus motion
made by the parties, by and through their respective counsel, and the Court having reviewed the
file and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, the Court finds as follows:
FINDINGS OF FACT:
1. The parties underwent a Court Ordered Social Investigation in this matter.
2. A Social Investigation Report issued on May 21,2025, was admitted as Husband's
Exhibit 17A in evidence during trial of this cause.
3. A Supplemental Social Investigation Report issued on January 18, 2026, was
admitted as Husband's Exhibit 17B in evidence during trial of this cause.
4. The Social Investigation Report and the Supplemental Social Investigation Report
include confidential and HIPPA protected information regarding the parties and their
minor child.
5. The parties jointly requested the Court seal these exhibits and protect them from public
vlew,

6. The Court finds it is in the best interest of the minor child and the parties and hereby
orders Husband's Exhibit 17A and l7B be conditionally sealed.
7. This is a divorce case and Rule2.420(e) applies to this Order. The Collier County Clerk
of Court is directed to publish this Order as required under Rule 2.420(e)3(h) and
2.420@)(l), Fla. R. Jud. Admin.
8. The Court finds that the parties are not seeking the relief requested in this Order for
any purpose except to protect their confidential information and that of their minor
child.
9. The Court finds that: (i) the degree, duration, and manner of confidentiality ordered by
the Court are no broader than necessary to protect the interests set forth in the Rule;
and (ii) no less restrictive measures are available to protect the interests as set forth in
the Rule.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
A. Husband's Exhibit ITAand Husband's Exhibit 178 shall be
CONDITIONALLY SEALED UPON THE ENTRY OF THIS ORDER. THE
CLERK IS DIRECTED TO COMPLY WITH THIS ORDER.
B. Husband's Exhibits 17A and 1788, shall remain sealed until such time as a proper
showing is made to the Court showing that such documents shall be unsealed for avalid
purpose pursuant to Rule 12.400, Fla. Fam. R.P., or by written stipulation ofthe parties.
