RELATING TO PETITION NUMBER
A VARIANCE ON PROPERTY
DESCRIBED IN COLLIER COUNTY,
V-93-28, FOR
HEREINAFTER
FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, the Legislature of the state of Florida in Chapter 125,

WHEREAS, the County pursuant thereto has adopted a Land
