The Planning & Technical Services Manager may approve
minor changes in the location, siting, or height of
buildings, structures, and improvements authorized by
the conditional use. Expansion of the uses identified
and approved within this conditional use application, or
major changes to the site plan submitted as part of this
application, shall require the submittal of a new
conditional use application, and shall comply with all
applicable County ordinances in effect at the time of
submittal, including Division 3.3, Site Development Plan
Review and approval, of the Collier County Land
Development Code (Ordinance No. 91-102).
This approval does not constitute an approval of the
conceptual site development plan and shall not be
interpreted to mean that the number of parkin',' spaces is
the number of parking spaces required for the land use
activities generally displayed by the Concept lal S'.te
Development Plan. The extent to which the la Id usu
activities herein requested, and their intensi'y oJ use,
may be achieved will be a function of complying with alf
of the requirements of the Land Development Code. Thes.,,;'
requirements will be applied when application is made J'.t;:;:, , .-
for Site Development Plan approval, except that the day
care center shall not be designed to accommodate in
excess of fifty (50) children which shall govern its
maximum enrollment at any time without formal amendment
to this conditional use.

Adequate turning radii for buses and delivery vehicles ,
shall be made at project entrances prior to the issuance
of a building permit for the first phase of
construction. Said turning radii shall be designed and
construction plans submitted in conjunction with an
application for site Development Plan approval.
Arterial level street lighting shall be installed at "
each project entrance prior to receipt of a Certificate'
of Occupancy for any of the phased development.
Parking lot light standards shall be installed in such'.
manner to prevent glare that would emanate from said .,',
standards and that would affect adjoining residentially
zoned property. This shall be implemented for any new,"
light standards added or replaced at the time
improvements are permitted.
