Service ot Section 2.6.9.2 of the "A" zoning district for establi.hinq
'.ewage etfluent ponds in accordance with the Conceptual Master Plan
(Exhibit "B") and subject to the fOllowing conditions:
a. The Planninq & Technical Services Manager may approve
minor Changes in the location, siting, or height ot
buildings, structures, and improvements authorized by
the conditional use. Expansion of the uses identitied
and approved within this conditional use application, or
major Changes to the site plan submitted as part: ot this
application, shall require the submittal of a new
conditional use application, and shall comply with all
applicable County ordinances in effect at the time ot
submittal, including Division 3.3, Site Development Plan
Review and approval, of the Collier County Land
Development Code (Ordinance No. 91-102).
b. An excavation permit will be required in accordance with
Division 3.5 of Collier County Land Development Code and
south Florida Water Management District (SFWM::.) Permit

c. All conservation areas shall be recorded on t..le plitt or
by separate instrument with protective covenar's p~r or
similar to the requirements for same set forth in
Section 704.06 of the Florida statues, prior to Final
site Development Plan approval or issuance of an
Excavation permit.
d. Environmental permitting shall be in accordance with the
state of Florida Environmental Resource Permit and be
subject to review and approval by Current Planning
Environmental Review Staff. Removal of exotic
vegetation shall not be counted towards mitigation tor
impacts to Collier County juriSdictional wetlands. Any
additional mitigation, that may be recommended by the
Environmental Advisory Board (BAD) and approved by the .
Board of County Commissioners, above that proposed with'
this petition shall be submitted with the site
Development Plan package/Excavation permit for review
and approval.
e. An exotic veqetation removal, monitoring, and
maintenance (exotiC-free) plan tor the site, with
emphasis on the conservation/preservation areas, .hall
be submitted to Current Planning Environmental Review

construction plan approval.
