RESOLUTION NO. 89~1
RE80LUTION AUTHORIZING PRELIMINARY ACCEPTANCE OF THESE
ROADWAY, DRAINAGE, WATER' SEWER IIlPROVEIIEIlTS IN
QUAIL CREEK VILLAGE PHASES I AND II-A AND ACCEPTING THE
IlAINTENANCE BOND FROM THE DEVELoPER FOR IlAINTENANCE OF THE
ROADWAY, DRAINAGE, WATER' SEWER IMPROVEMENTS FOR A MINIMUM OF
ONE YEAR.
WHEREAS, the Public Works Administrator ot Collier County,
Florida, in July ot 1984, approved the waiver ot plat ot
Quail Creek Village.
WHEREAS, the developer has constructed the roadway, dralnaq.,
vater , .ewer improve.ents In accordance with the approved plana
and epecificatione and ae required by the Subdivision Requlstione
(Ordinance 76-06, ae amended); and the Utilitiee Standarde and
Procedure. Ordinance (Ordinance 88-76, a8 amended), and
WHEREAS, the developer has now requested preliminary
acceptance ot the roadway and other improvement. and acceptance ot
hi. maintenance security; and
WHEREAS, the Compliance Service. Section ot the Development
Servic.. Depart.ent has inspected the roadway and other
improvements and is recommending preliminary acceptance ot said
facilities;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that preliminary
acceptance be qrant.d tor th... roadway and oth.r improvement. in
Quail creek Village Phaeee I and II-A, upon eubmiseion and
acceptance ot Utilities conveyance documents by the Collier County
Water-Sewer District pursuant to Collier County Ordinance 88-76, as
amended.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the County accept the
maintenance .ecurity in the tora ot an irrevocable Letter ot credit
in the amount ot $27,642.00 and that the developer is responsible
tor the maintenance ot the roadway and other improvements tor a
minimum period ot one year as required by the Subdivision
Regulations (Ordinance 76-06, as amended) and the Utilities
standards and Procedures Ordinance (Ordinance 88-76, as amended),
at which time the developer must petition the Board tor tinal
acceptance.
