WHEREAS, Ordinance No.
'' 74-50 was created to establish the Coln, :+ J County
Water MAnngument Policy to effect maximum beneficial use, development, conger-
vatlon and pruteetion of the water resources of Collier County; and
WHEREAS, Article II, Section 2 of Ordinance Nn. 74-50 seta forth the requitement that each eppllcetlnn for A permit to withdraw water shall be
accompanied by a non-refundable fee of Ten (f10.00) Dollars: And
