Resolution 2026-58 RESOLUTION NO. 2026 - 58 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, APPOINTING VICTORIA REDSTALL, JESSICA ORLANDO AND REBECCA MORRIS TO THE DOMESTIC ANIMAL SERVICES ADVISORY COMMITTEE. WHEREAS, on September 23, 2025, the Board of County Commissioners (Board) adopted Ordinance No. 2025-43 establishing the Collier County Domestic Animal Services Advisory Committee to assume the duties and responsibilities of the former Collier County Animal Services Advisory Board, which was established by Resolution No. 2004-06, as amended, to make recommendations to the County Manager on various Domestic Animal Services matters including, operational review of the facilities, staffing, medical considerations, volunteer and behavior programs, community outreach, fiscal review, accountability and reporting; and WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 2025-43 provides that the Committee shall consist of seven members, with one member appointed from each of the five commission districts and two members at-large; and WHEREAS, there are three vacant seats on this Advisory Board; and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice soliciting applications from interested parties; and WHEREAS, the Board has made its nomination for appointment, in accordance with the requirements stated in Ordinance No. 25-43. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that VICTORIA REDSTALL, as a representative of District 2, JESSICA ORLANDO, as a representative of District 3 and REBECCA MORRIS, in the category of at-large citizen, are hereby appointed to the Animal Services Advisory Committee, each to serve a four-year term expiring on April 13, 2030.
