APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING ITS CHAIRMAN 'I'O
EXECUTE A LOCAL AGENCY PROGRAM
SUPPI.:EMENTAI.. AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF
FLORIDA DEPARTMENT N"T OF TRANSPORTATION FOR
THE PURCHASE OF TW'ELVI (12) ADDITIONAL
VEHICLE COUNT STATIONS. (FPN 44(254-1-98-01)
WHEREAS. on March 11. 2025. the Collier County Board of Commissioners (-Board-)
approved a Local Agency Program Agreement (the '`Agreement") with the State of Florida
Department of 'Transportation (FDO"I), entered into and executed on April 22, 2025. wherein
FDOT agreed to reimburse Collier County up to the sum of S311,562 for the purchase of ten (10)
vehicle count stations that will be installed along Collier County roadways: and
WHEREAS. FDOT is willing to enter into a Supplemental Agreement authorizing the
purchase of twelve(12)additional vehicle count stations resulting in twenty-two (22)vehicle count
stations that will be installed along Collier County roadways (Contract No. G3I367): and
W'I11RFAS. the Board finds that the Supplemental Agreement is in the public interest and
benefits the citizens of Collier County.
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF C'OUN'l Y
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY. FLORIDA, that:
1. The Board of County Commissioners approves and authorizes its Chairman to sign the
Supplemental Agreement pertaining to FPN 446254-1-98-01.
2. The Collier County Clerk is directed to forward a certified copy of this Resolution along
with the Agreement for execution by FOOT.
3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED after motion, second, and majority vote favoring
same. this day of 2026.

are Airport Rd (CR 31) north of Golden Gate Pkwy, Golden Gate Pkwy east of Airport(west of Livingston),
Rattlesnake Ham Rd ( CR 864)west of Collier Blvd, Vanderbilt Beach Rd ( CR 862)west of Tamiami TrI, Pine Ridge
Rd ( CR 896)east of Airport Rd, Davis Blvd(SR 84)west of Radio Rd, Radio Rd ( CR 856)west of Davis Blvd,
Livingston south of Golden Gate Pkwy, Livingston Rd north of Golden Gate Pkwy, and Golden Gate Pkwy east of
Livingston Rd.
Reason for Supplement and supporting engineering and/or cost analysis:
The reason for this Supplemental#1 is to add the purchase of an additional 12 (twelve) vehicle count stations that will bo
installed in Collier County due to decreasing costs for each of the existing vehicle count stations in the original
agreement. The additional locations are� Orange Blossom Dr. east of Timberline Dr., Orange Blossom east of Airport,
Airport Rd north of Orange Blossom, SR 29 north of SR 82, SR 82 west of SR 29, Livingston Rd north of Meditera,
Livingston Rd north of Radio Rd. Radio Rd east nfLivingston Rd. Radio Rd west ofLivingston Rd. |mmoka/me Rd west of
