Resolution 2026-45 RESOLUTION NO. 26- _ A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA ACCEPTING THE COUNTY MAINTENANCE RESPONSIBILITIES FOR TRACT "K" AND FOR THE ROAD EASEMENT (4TH STREET N.E.) AND AUTHORIZING FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF CERTAIN ROADWAY AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS AND PLAT DEDICATIONS IN RANDALL AT ORANGETREE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 72, PAGES 45 THROUGH 49, AND RANDALL AT ORANGETREE — PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 74, PAGES 11 THROUGH 15, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND RELEASE OF THE MAINTENANCE SECURITY. WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida, on June 14, 2022, approved the plat of Randall at Orangetree for recording; and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida, on September 12, 2023, approved the plat of Randall at Orangetree—Phase 2 for recording; and WHEREAS, the Developer has constructed and maintained the roadway and drainage improvements in accordance with the approved plans and specifications as required by the Land Development Code (Collier County Ordinance No. 04-41, as amended); and WHEREAS, the Developer is requesting final acceptance of the roadway and drainage improvements and release of the maintenance security; and WHEREAS, the Development Review Division has inspected the roadway and drainage improvements, and is recommending acceptance of said facilities; and WHEREAS, Tract "K" and the 4th Street N.E. Road Easement (R.E.), Randall at Orangetree, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 72, Pages 45-49, in the public records of Collier County, Florida, were dedicated to the County with the responsibility for maintenance in plat dedication paragraphs 5.D and 5.F; and WHEREAS, the 4th Street N.E. Road Easement (R.E.), Randall at Orangetree— Phase 2, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 74, Pages 11-15, in the public records of Collier County, Florida, was dedicated to the County with the responsibility for maintenance in plat dedication paragraphs 9.E; and WHEREAS, the County seeks to formally confirm acceptance of the maintenance responsibilities for Tract "K" and the 4th Street N.E. Road Easement, Randall at Orangetree, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 72, Pages 45-49, and Randall at Orangetree— Phase 2, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 74, Pages 11-15, in the public records of Collier County, Florida. [26-EIS-05295/1995018/1]6 CA() NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that final acceptance is hereby granted for those roadway and drainage improvements and plat dedications in Randall at Orangetree, pursuant to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 72, Pages 45 through 49, and Randall at Orangetree — Phase 2, pursuant to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 74, Pages 11 through 15, in the public records of Collier County, Florida, and the Clerk is hereby authorized to release the maintenance security. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the roadway and drainage improvements within Randall at Orangetree and Randall at Orangetree — Phase 2, except for Tract "K" and the 4th Street N.E. Road Easement, will be maintained privately in the future and will not be the responsibility of Collier County. Collier County accepts the maintenance of Tract "K" and the 4th Street N.E, Road Easement which were dedicated to the County on the plat. This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote favoring same, this 2j day of 61 2026.
