LET IT BE REMEMBERED, the Collier County Historical Archaeological Preservation Board,
in and for the County of Collier, having conducted business herein, met on this date at 9:30 A.M.
in REGULAR SESSION at Growth Management Community Development Department Room
609/610 2800 N. Horseshoe DR. Naples, Florida, with the following members present:

Any persons wishing to appeal any decision made by this Board with respect to any matter
considered at this meeting will need a record of the proceedings, and may need to ensure that a
verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which includes the testimony and evidence upon
which the appeal is to be based.

A quorum was established with 6 Board Members

Ray Bellows- Adding review resumes to fill vacating seat.
Ray Bellows- Adding Historic and Archeological guide. Need to update book. Under new
business

Devin Long- Patriot Engineering company. Proud House Builders
• Waiver application from required historical and archeological survey and
assessment.
• Petition # PL20250009053
• Parcel ID’s 00724880001 & 0072452002
• US 41 1 Mile east of the US 41/951 Intersection
• Site has low probability for archeological significance due to size
• Land has likely been disturbed already
Ray Bellows- No archeological sites discovered during the construction of surrounding
developments

Janice O’Connell- How long will the last case last that you have left
Ray Bellows- Enough for one month.
