time frame or the BCC's actions are nullified. Be aware of your deadlines!

A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
ADOPTING AN INVENTORY LIST OF COUNTY-OWNED
REAL PROPERTY APPROPRIATE FOR USE AS
AFFORDABLE HOUSING; APPROVING THE INVENTORY
LIST FOR PUBLICATION ON COUNTY WEBSITE;
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Section 125.379, Florida Statutes, requires counties to prepare an inventory list
of all real property within its jurisdiction to which the county holds fee simple title which is
appropriate for use as affordable housing every three years; and
WHEREAS, Section 125.379, Florida Statutes, also requires the Board of County
Commissioners (Board)to review the inventory list at a public hearing, revise it as the Board deems
necessary, and adopt a Resolution that includes the Board approved list following the public hearing;
and
WHEREAS, Section 125.379, Florida Statutes, further requires the County to publish the
Board approved inventory list on the County's website to encourage potential development; and
WHEREAS, the Board reviewed the inventory list prepared by County staff at a public
hearing and determined that the inventory list attached hereto as Exhibit"A" is appropriate for use as
affordable housing.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA,THAT:
1. The inventory list attached hereto as Exhibit "A" is adopted as appropriate for use as
affordable housing.
2. County staff is directed to publish the inventory list to the County website.
3. This Resolution shall become effective upon adoption.
