Great seeing you and Dot last night, Commissioner Hall! Nicely done on your speech and thank you
again for your support of the McCabe project! I represent the Applicant for the above-referenced
PUD/GMPA companion items, which are on your Summary Agenda for Tuesday, 2/10. Both items
received a unanimous recommendation of approval from Planning Commission and there were no
public speakers at Planning Commission or the NIM.
I'd love to schedule a brief meeting with you before your 2/10 BCC meeting (in person, zoom or call,
whatever is most convenient). I've copied in my assistant who will coordinate scheduling.
