We understand the unique character of the Estates and the importance of compatible development. Since our initial submittal, we have been working closely with the local community to hear their concerns. We would value the opportunity to walk you through: Community-Driven Design: Specific site plan modifications we’ve made to address neighbor feedback regarding traffic, buffering, and scale. Filling a Community Gap: The essential services this project will provide to a rapidly growing and underserved portion of the Estates area. Proactive Mitigation: How our team is addressing the technical requirements of the GMPA and Conditional Use petitions to ensure a seamless fit for the neighborhood.
