DSAC-LDR Minutes 12/16/2025 (draft)December 16, 2025 Page 1 MINUTES OF THE COLLIER COUNTY DEVELOPMENT SERVICES ADVISORY COMMITTEE LAND DEVELOPMENT REVIEW SUBCOMMITTEE MEETING Naples, Florida, December 16th, 2025 LET IT BE REMEMBERED, the Collier County Development Services Advisory Committee Land Development Review Subcommittee and Collier County, having conducted business herein, met on this date at 3:00 PM in REGULAR SESSION at the Growth Management Community Development Department Room #609/610 2800 N. Horseshoe Dr., Naples, Florida, 34104 with the following members present: Chairman: Clay Brooker Blair Foley (Excused) Jeffrey Curl Mark McLean (Excused) Robert Mulhere Also Present: Michael Bosi, GMCD Director Planning and Zoning Jaime Cook, GMCD Director Development Review Eric Johnson, GMCD LDC Planning Manager Heather Cartwright-Yilmaz, GMCD Mgmt. Call to Order – Chairman Clay Brooker Development Service Advisory Committee – Land Development Review Subcommittee, Tuesday, December 16th, 2025. 2. Approval of Agenda – Motion to approve the agenda by Bob Mulhere: Seconded by Jeff Curl - Approved Unanimously 3. Old Business I. PL20240006969 – Rural Fringe Mixed Use District (RFMUD) Overlay – LDCA II. Reviewed Yellow Highlighted areas – PDF page 17, 20, 23, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 32, 34, 36, 40, 41, 42, 44, 53, & 57. Motion to make four changes: a reduction in the external boundary from 12’ to 10’, to add the word “public” before the word “conservation”, to increase landscape islands from 10’ to 15’ and to change the landscape island tree height from 12’ to 10’ by Bob Mulhere; Seconded by Jeff Curl - Approved unanimously 4. New Business – None 5. Public Speakers – None 6. Discuss meeting dates for 2026: Meeting dates were tentatively approved Jan 20, April 21, July 21, October 20 7. Adjourn – Meeting was adjourned. There being no further business for the good of the County, the meeting was adjourned.
