WHEREAS, in Iccordance with Collier County Ordinance No. 93-19, the County is luthorized 10 use

WHEREAS, Immoblee Hlbitat for Humanity, Inc. is seeking I Wliver of impact fees; and
WHEREAS, Immoblee Hsbitat for Humanity, Inc. will construct one (I) three-be<huvm unit (the
~lIing Unit") on Lot 27, Block 14, Naplel Manor Addition which is proposed to sell for Forty-Six Thousand
Five Hundred Dollara ($46,500.00); and
WHEREAS, the Dwelling Unit will he purchued by I very low income household which is required to
InVCl\ I minimum of five hundred (500) hours of "Sweat Equity" before it obtaina title to the hout.e; and
WHEREAs, Mr. Charles C. Smith, Vice ~ident of Immoblee Hlbitat for Humanity, Inc., submitted to
the Office of Housing and Urban Improvement In AfTordJble HOUJing Application d>ted October 25, 1996 for I
waiver of impact fees for the COIIIIJUction of I house on Lot 27, Block 14, Naples Manor Addition, I copy of aid

WHEREAs, in accordJnce with Section 3.04 of the Regional Wlter Syllem Impact Fee Ordinance,

NOW 1lIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
I. The Board of County Commillionera hereby authorizes the County M.n.ger to iaaue an
Authorization for Wliver of impact feCI to Immoblee Habitat for Humanity, Inc. for one (I) house
which .hall be COllI1nIcted on Lot 27, Block 14, Naplel Manor Addition, Collier County, Florida.
2. Upon receipt by the Housing and Urban Improvement Director of .n agreement for Wliver of
impoct feel ligned by Immokalee H.bitat for Humanity, Inc., and/or the purchuer, or other

documentation ,acceptable to the County Attorney, the Board of County Commillionera hereby
authorizes the payment by Collier County of the following impact fees liom the AfTonlable HOIIIing
