[PL20240001248] z 0°a WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 2021-243, Francesca Passidomo of Coleman, Yovanovich & Koester, PA, on behalf of the property owners, Greenway Fritchey Land, LLC and Habitat for Humanity of Collier County, Inc. ("Owners"), has requested the vacation of the County and the Public interest in the 60-foot-wide public roadway, Laredo Street, a portion of which is described in Official Record Book 1033, Pages 1087, 1098, 1099, 1103, 1107, 1122, and 1126 of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, in Section 7, Township 51 South, Range 27 East, Collier County, Florida, being more specifically described in Exhibit A, attached hereto; and WHEREAS, Owners acknowledged in connection with this request the public roadway easement along the east thirty feet as depicted and described on Exhibit C,Master Plan, of the Fritchey Residential Planned Unit Development, Ord. No. 2025- 67 ; and WHEREAS, at its October 14, 2025, regular meeting, the Board of Commissioners, via Resolution No. 2025-201, approved the scheduling of a public hearing on December 9, 2025, pursuant to Resolution 2021-243; and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, on this day, held a public hearing to consider the petitioner's request and notice of said public hearing was given as required by law; and WHEREAS, the granting of the petitioner's request will not affect the ownership or right of convenient access of persons owning other parts of the subdivision. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the 60-foot-wide public roadway, known as Laredo Street,a portion of which is described in Official Record Book 1033, Pages 1087, 1098, 1099, 1103, 1107, 1122, and 1126 of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, in Section 7, Township 51 South, Range 27 East, Collier County, Florida,being more specifically described in Exhibit A,attached hereto, is hereby vacated, extinguished, renounced and disclaimed, and this action is declared to be in the public interest and for the public benefit. 1 of 2 [24-EIS-04986/1982530/1]97 OVD BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,that the County accepts the Owners' conveyance of the compensatory right-of-way in fee simple, attached hereto as Exhibit B, upon their recordation in the Official Land Records of Collier County, Florida; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED,that the Clerk to the Board is hereby directed to record a certified copy of the Resolution in the Official Land Records of Collier County, Florida.
