RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF NORTHSHORE LAKE
VILLAS REPLAT, A REPLAT OF A PREVIOUSLY RECORDED PLAT
XNOWN AS NORTHSHORE LAKE VILLAS, AND AUTHORIZING THE
VACATION OF THE PREVIOUSLY RECORDED PLAT OF NORTHSHORE
LAKE VILLAS ACCORDING TO THE ATTACHED LEGAL DESCRIPTION,
PETITION AV-96-036
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County,
Florida, on Auqust 13, 1996 approved the plat of Northshore Lake
Villas for recording/ and
WHEREAS, Gulf Shore Lake Villas, Incorporated has filed for a
replat of said lands/ and
WHEREAS, except as provided for in this Resolution, this
replat does not extinquish or in anyway attect the dedications
contained in the previous plat of these lands/ and
WHEREAS, Gulf Shore Lake Villas, Incorporated desires to
vacate the previOUSly recorded plat as described in Exhibit "A",
and
WHEREAS, the granting of the vacation. vill not adversely
affect the ownership or right of convenient access of other
property owners, and
WHEREAS, this parcel, the approved plat of Northshore Lake
Villas Replat, is a replat of a previously approved and recorded
plat, Northshore Lake Villas, and the filing and recording of this
approved plat shall not attect access to lots previously conveyed
under the Northshore Lake Villas plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED BY THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the plat of
Northshore Lake Villas Replat, a part of a previously approved and
recorded plat, Northshore Lake Villas, is hereby approved for
recording and the dedications contained on the plat of Northshore
Lake Villas Replat, are hereby accepted, and tho.e lands described
in Exhibit "A" are hereby vacated. Said vacation shall become valid
and etfective upon recordation of the subject replat.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the Clerk ot the
Circuit Court shall make proper notation of this action upon the
previous plat and record a certified copy ot this replat and a
certified copy of the vacation resolution in the Official Records ot
Collier County.

DESCRIPl10N OF LANDS TO BE VACATED

A parcel of land lying in the southwest quarter of Section 21, Township 48 South, Ranao 2S
East, Collier county. Florida being descn'bed as follows:
Commencing at the southwest comer of said Section 21 run N02"12'22"W along tho west
Uno of said Section 21 for 1648.10 feet to an intersection with tho westerly proloogadon of
the south Une of Vanderbilt Villas, a subdivision recorded in Plat Book 15, Pages 5 and 6
of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida; thence along said line N89"S6'07"B 50.2S
feet to the southwest comer of said Vanderbilt Villas subdivision and the POINT OF
BEGINNING; thence continue N89"56'07"E along the IOUth Une of said subdivision for
1301.54 feet to the southeast comer of said subdivision, said point being situated on tho
north-south quarter line of tho southwest quarter of said Section 21; thence along said north-
south quarter line SOI"S4'44"B 589.79 feet to the northerly line of those lands recorded in
O.R. Book 1241. Page m of said Public Records; thence along said northerly line
~47'41"W 1297.21 feet to the easterly right of way line of 8-901 (foimerly S.R. 86SA);
thence along said easterly right of way line N02"14'31"W 638.39 feet to the POINT OF
BEGINNING.
