SYSTEM IMPACT FEES, PARKS AND RECREATIONAL FACILITIES
IMPACT FEES, ROAD IMPACT FEES, EMERGENCY MEDICAL
SERVICES IMPACT FEES AND EDUCATIONAL FACILITIES SYSTEM
IMPACT FEES FOR ONE HOUSE TO BE CONSTRUCTED BY
IMMOKALEE HABITAT FOR HUMANITY, INC., ON LOT 19,

WHEREAS, Collier County has recognized Illd attempted to addreu the lack o{ IIdequate IIId

WHEREAS, in accordance with Collier County Ordinance No. 93-19, the County is autborizecI to

WHEREAS, ImmokaIee Habilal for Humanity, Inc. will construct one (I) au-bedroom unit (the
"Dwelling Unit") on Lot 19, Bullard Subdivision, ImmokaIee which is pt'OJioaed to aell for Forty-8ix

WHEREAS, the Dwelling Unit will be purchaaed by a very low income houaebold which is
required to invest a minimwn of five hcndred (500) hours o{ "Sweat Equity" be{ore it obtains title to the
