Resolution 2025-266RESOLUTION NO.25- 2 6 6 A RESOLUTION PURSUANT TO SECTION 129.06(2), FLORIDA STATUTES, TO AMEND THE BUDGET FOR THE 2025-26 FISCAL YEAR. WHEREAS, Section 129.06(2), Florida Statutes, provides that the Board of County Commissioners (hereinafter also referred to as 'Board") at any time within a fiscal year may amend a budget for that year, and provides the procedures therefore; and WHEREAS, Section 129.06(2)(d) permits budget amendments from receipt of funds from a source not anticipated in the budget and received for a particular purpose, including but not limited to: grants, donations, gifts, or reimbursement for damages; and WHEREAS, Section 129.06(2)(e) (increased receipts for enterprise or proprietary funds received for a particular purpose may be appropriated and expended for that purpose. WHEREAS, the Board has determined that it is appropriate to amend the Budget for Fiscal Year 2025-26 by resolution pursuant to Section 129.06, Florida Statutes. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the budget amendments to the FY 2025-26 Budget described below are approved and hereby adopted and the FY 2025-26 Budget is so amended. BUDGET AMENDMENT NUMBER INCREASE (DECREASE) RECEIPT INCREASE (DECREASE) EXPENDITURE INCREASE (DECREASE) RESERVES EXPLANATION FOR APPROPRIATION 1841 26-058 (11/10/25-16B3) $750,000.00 $750,000.00 To recognize funds needed for the design, engineering, and pennittmg Transportation of the "Immokalee Road Corridor Improvements" project on Immokalee Rd. from Livingston Rd. to Logan Blvd. 1835 26-062 (11/10/25-16D5) $196,561.00 $196,561.00 To recognize funds needed to support the County's strategic plan to Housing Grants enhance our commitment to public safety services through continuing to engage our 55+ residents in public safety events to foster preparedness for emergencies. 1837 26-067 (11/10/25-16D10) $38,195+70 $38,195.70 To recognize funds needed to support and enhance the Collier County Human Services Grant National Services Incentive Program (NSIP) serving Collier County meals clients. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk is hereby ordered and directed to spread this Resolution in full among the minutes of this meeting for permanent record in his office.
