RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS,
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, APPROVING A LEASE AGREEMENT
BETWEEN COLLIER COUNTY AND STATE REPRESENTATIVE
LAUREN MELO FOR USE OF OFFICE SPACE WITHIN A COUNTY-
OWNED BUILDING.
WHEREAS, State Representative Lauren Melo ("Representative") desires to lease an
office space within a building owned by Collier County, a political subdivision of the State of
Florida("Collier County"), located within the Administration Building, Suite 212, 3299 Tamiami
Trail East,Naples, Florida 34112.
WHEREAS, the Lease Agreement commences on November 2, 2024 and ending
November 3,2026. The annual rent shall be Ten Dollars annually throughout the life of the Lease.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners is satisfied that this property may be
used for the Representative and is not needed for County purposes.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA,that:
1. The Board of County Commissioners approves the Lease Agreement between Collier
County and State Representative Lauren Melo.
2. The Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida, is
hereby authorized to execute the attached Lease Agreement.
This Resolution adopted this -1 day of Deceftibe/ , 2025,
after motion, second and majority vote.
