The Dwellin8 Unit shall be sold to a first-lime home buyer. B. The Dwelling Unit shall be sold to a household with a very low income level as that term i. defined in the Appendices to the reapective Impact Fee Ordinances and the monthly pl)'lDCllt to purchase the unit mUll be within the affordable housing guidelines established in the Appendices to the ~ive Impact Fee Ordinanc:ea. The Dwelling Unit shall be the Homestead of the owner. The Dwelling Unit shall remain affordable for fifteen (15) yean from the dale the ccrtificalc of occupancy is issued. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that: t. The Board of County Commissioners hereby authorizes the County Manager to iuuc an Authorization for waiver of impact feca to Immokalec Habilll for Humanity, Inc. for one (I) house which shall be constructed on Lot 8, Bullard Subdivision, Immokalec, Collier County, Florida. Upon receipt by the Housing and Urban Improvement Director of an agreement for waiver of impact feca signed by Immokalee Habitat for Humanity, Inc., and/or the purchaser, or other documentation scceptable to the County Attorney, the Board of County Commissioners hereby authorizes the payment by Collier County of the following iIIIpllCt feca from the Affordlble Housing Trust Fund, Fund (191), in the following amoanta for the one (I) bouse to be built on Lot 8, Bullard Subdivision, Immokalee by Immokalee Habilll for Humanity, Inc.: A.
