The proportionate share payment shall be based on the percentage of project related trips impacting the intersection at Tamiami Trail East (U.S. 41/S.R. 90) and Greenway Road. The proportionate fair share of the RPUD impacts shall be determined by the County at time of the first Site Development Plan (SDP) or first Plat approval based on the project's trips on Greenway Rd.
