A RESOLUTION BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA,
PURSUANT TO SECTION 2.7.3.4 OF THE COLLIER
COUNTY LAND DBVELOPKENT CODE Al"FBCTING
ORDIHAlfCB 90-37 ALSO KNOWN AS ARBOR LAKE
CLUB POD, BJ('uIlOING THE CURRENT POD
APPROVAL TO JOKE 20, 1999/ AND PROVIDING Alf
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Arbor Lake Club PUD, Ordinance 90-37 originally
adopted on May 15, 1990 and extended for 2 years on June 20, 1995, i.
.ubj.~t to the pr~li.ions of Seotion 2.7.3.4., of tho Land Davolopaent
Code (LOC), Time Limite for Approved POD Zoning Districts together with
theirrellpective KlIster Plan,,; and
lr.REREAS, the POD was adopt~d consistent with and under the
provilllone of the Collier County Growth Managemant Plan; and
1~1fBREAS, the Board of County Co_issioners has revieWed the POD
and h~ll. determined to extend the current POD Zoning for two years,
until .Tune 20, 1999; and
~I()W, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Zoning Appeals of
Collh~, County. Florid" that:
L The above recital" are adopted herein by reference as if
fully set forth herein.
2. This Resolution shall constitute evidence of compliance
with the review requirements of Section 2.7.3.4 of the
LOC.
3.. Pursuant to said section of the LOC, the current POD
approval is hereby extended to June 20, 1999; at the end
of which time the owner shall submit to the procedures
in LOC Section 2.7.3.4.
This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its
approvlIl.
BIl IT FU~~XK RESOLVED that this Resolution be recorded in the
.!nutell of this Board and in the records of the Petition for which the
extension is granted, subject to the following conditions:

L The permitted density of eleven (11) units per acre in
accordance with the approved Arbor Lake Club PUD
(Ordinance 90-37) shall be reduced by 90 units for a
resulting density of 6.98 units per acre.
:I. A new Affordable Housing Agreement lIust be aiqned
between the County and the developer of this project.
