IN COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, the Legislature of the State of Florida in Chapter 125
Florida Statutes, has conferred on all Counties in Florida the power to
establish, coordinate, and enforce zoning and such business regulations
as are necessary for the protection of the public; and
WHEREAS, the County pursuant thereto has adopted a Comprehensive
Zoning Ordinance establishing regulations for the zoning of particular
divisions of the County, among which is the granting and exteuding the
time period of Provisional Uses; and
WHEREAS, on April 16, 1985, the Board of County Commissiorers enacted
Resolution No. 85-103, which granted a provisional use pursuant to
Ordinance 82-2, Section 8.11 Essential Services, for a sewage treatment
plant on the below described property; and
WHEREAS, Section 13, Paragraph 1, Subsection E provides that the
Board of Zoning Appeals may grant an extension of the one (1) year time
period for a provisional use which has not been commenced;
.NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Zoning Appeals of
Collier County, Florida, that the written request of Alpine Broadcasting
Corporation in interest of the following described property:
N' of NE1t of Section 26, Township 49 South,
Range 27 East and the S' of the SE1t less the
North 165' of Section 23, Township 49 South
Range 27 East, Collier County, Florida
is hereby approve pursuant to Section 13.1(e), Ordinance No. 82-2, and
the expiration date for the provisional use April 16, 1986, is hereby
extended for one year until April 16, 1987.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution be recorded in the
minutes of the Board and in the records of the Petition for which the
extension is granted.
Commissioner Voss offered the foregoing Resolution and
moved its adoption, seconded by Commissioner Goodnight and

AYES: Cormissioners Vo-s, Goodnight, Hasse, Holland and Pistor
NAYS: None
ABSENT AND NOT VOTING: None
ABSTENTION: None
