AGREEMENT
I, Michael B~uet representing Collier Enterprises a3 agent
on beh~lf of Collier Enterprises for Petition SMP-89-J
(Immokalee Agro Park), agree to the fOllowing stipulations
requested by the Collier County Planning Commission in their
public hearing on June 15, 1989.
A. A copy of SFWMD Permit or Early Work Permit is required
prior to construction plan approval.

Ordinance 88-26. If petitioner elects not to re-design
lake contours, appropriate barriers around lakes will be
required.
t. Petitioner shall provide 20' maintenance easements and 20'
access easements for all proposed lakes.
g. Provide perimeter berm ~round tract B similar to Section
c-c shown on Master Water Management Plan.
h. The large drainage ensement south of Tract C and west ot
Tract 0 shall conform to the lake cross section.
