The Agency requests an Amendment of the Agreement, to extend the end date of the Agreement to the 30 day of June, 2026, for additional time to complete the Project for the following reasons: Collier County is experiencing a year over year reduction in rural areas within the county. Due to this, there has been a decrease in ridership in the rural areas resulting in the inability to fully spend down the awarded funds before the contract expires. Based on invoices received by the Department, compared to this time last year, ridership is down more than 300 trips and 2200 miles per month. This contract ends on 12/31/25, however, based on the expenditure rate of Collier County it is expected the funds will be fully utilized by 5/31/26. Collier County is requesting an extension to June 30, 2026. The Department agrees to the requested extension of the Agreement. All of the terms and conditions of the Agreement and any amendments thereto shall remain in full force and effect. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties have executed this Amendment on /00/Z5 (to be completed by Department).
