CESM Minutes 11/07/2025 (Draft) November 7, 2025 1 MINUTES OF THE HEARING OF THE COLLIER COUNTY SPECIAL MAGISTRATE Naples, Florida, November 7, 2025 LET IT BE REMEMBERED the Collier County Special Magistrate, having conducted business herein, met on this date at 9:00 AM in REGULAR SESSION in Administrative Building “F,” 3rd floor, Collier County Government Complex, Naples, Florida, with the following persons present: SPECIAL MAGISTRATE: Honorable Patrick H. Supervisor Mucha testified investigation reveals the mobile home was placed in1987 for storage use, and a concrete addition was constructed and attached to the structure. She was informed upon purchase of the property the mobile home had been permitted. The home had a yellow tag on it designating it as a mobile home. Discussion occurred between those present on the use of the property in an agricultural zone, the ramifications of the structure being designated a mobile home, etc. Special Magistrate Neale, after hearing the testimony and reviewing the evidence, found the Respondent GUILTY of the alleged violation and was ordered to: 1. On 10/15/24 the permit expired. • A Demolition Permit application was filed on 8/20/24 and issued 12/26/24 however it expired on 8/11/25. • Steps have been taken by the Respondent to resolve the violations, however it has not been abated.
