The telecommunications tower is on a+/-6.23-acre parent tract, which conforms to Conditional Use Locational Criteria of the Rural Estates Sub Element of the Golden Gate Area Master Plan of the Growth Management Plan because the parcel is no smaller than 2.25 acres and is adjacent to the future Big Cypress Parkway, a right-of-way that is planned for an arterial roadway depicted within the Collier County MPO 2045 Long Range Transportation Plan. The parent tract shall not be split or altered in any way that would render the tower location to become non-compliant with the Conditional Use Locational Criteria of the Rural Estates Sub Element of the Golden Gate Area Master Plan of the Growth Management Plan.
