WHEREAS, on July 12, 2022, the Collier County Board of County Commissioners adopted Resolution No. 2022-123, which authorized a commercial paper loan for in order to finance the costs of the Vanderbilt Beach Road extension; and WHEREAS, at its meeting on October 14, 2025, the Finance Committee has recommended that the Board update the list of projects that may be included under this financing, by amending Exhibit A, Project A-3 Description. NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that: 1. The Board hereby amends Resolution No. 2022-123 by increasing the borrowing limit in Section 4 from $30,000,000 to $50,000,000. 2. Saunders, Chairman Approve a to r and legality: Jeffrey 1Klat1 ow, County Attorney 1 '11c EXHIBIT A PROJECT A-3 DESCRIPTION Project A-3 generally includes the following, as more particularly described in the plans and specifications on file with the Public Agency, as the same may be modified from time to time: Project 60249 - Vanderbilt Beach Rd Extension Phase 2 (16th Str NE to Everglades Blvd): A continuation of Vanderbilt Beach Rd. Extension, this 2-mile project consists of two travel lanes from 16th St. NE to Everglades Blvd. The footprint of this project will allow for a future 6-lane expansion as traffic demand increases. A new signalized intersection is planned at the corner of Everglades Blvd, while one new bridge will be constructed within the limits of this project. Project 68056 - Collier Blvd (Green Blvd to City Gate North): Add one lane in each direction; include a roadway alignment shift, access management, revised signal, bridges, on-street bike lanes, and pedestrian upgrades. Project 60263 - Everglades Blvd (Vanderbilt Beach Rd to Oil Well Rd): The 3-mile section of Everglades Blvd N from Oil Well Road to Vanderbilt Beach Road (planned) will be widened from 2 lanes to 4 lanes. Intersection improvements will be made at Randall Blvd. and Vanderbilt Beach Road. Minor improvements will be made to side street intersections. 1.0
