SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT No. 14-6351-NS

Legal Services
THIS SECOND AMENDMENT made and entered into on this P1 day of
October 2025,by and between the Legal Aid Service of Broward County,Inc. d/b/a the Legal
Aid Service of Collier County(the "Contractor") and Collier County,a political subdivision of the State
of Florida, (the "County" or"Owner") (collectively, the "Parties"):
WHEREAS, on October 22"d, 2013 (Agenda Item No. 16.K.3), the County entered into an
Agreement No. 14-6351-NS "Legal Aid" (the "Agreement") with the Contractor to provide legal
services to qualified residents of Collier County; and
WHEREAS, on July 9th, 2019, the Parties amended the Agreement to extend the term for an
additional three(3)years, with an option to renew the agreement for an additional three(3)years through
October 22, 2025; and
WHEREAS,the Parties wish to extend the Agreement for an additional five(5)years through
October 22, 2030, and agree that the Agreement will automatically renew October 22"a of each year for
an additional year, unless terminated earlier by either party in compliance with the Agreement
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants herein
contained, it is agreed by the Parties as follows:
1. The above recitals are hereby incorporated into this Second Amendment as if fully set forth
herein.
2. Upon execution of this Second Amendment, the Parties agree to extend the Agreement for a
period starting on October 23, 2025, through October 22, 2030. Thereafter, the Agreement will
automatically renew October 22"d of each year for an additional year, unless terminated earlier
by either party in compliance with the Agreement.
3. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement, as previously amended, shall remain the same.
