RESOLUTION 25-018
A RESOLUTION OF THE NORTH COLLIER FIRE CONTROL AND RESCUE DISTRICT OF
COLLIER COUNTY FLORIDA, ADOPTING THE FINAL BUDGET FOR THE NORTH COLLIER
FIRE CONTROL AND RESCUE DISTRICT IMPACT FEE FUND FOR FISCAL YEAR 2025-2026;
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS,the North Collier Fire Control and Rescue District of Collier County, Florida,
on September 25, 2025 held a public hearing as required by Florida Statute 200.065; and
WHEREAS,the North Collier Fire Control and Rescue District of Collier County, Florida,
set forth the appropriations in the North Collier Fire Control and Rescue District in the
amount of$4,018,500 and revenue estimates in the amount of$1,050,000 for the
Impact Fee Fund for the Fiscal Year 2025-2026;
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the BOARD OF FIRE COMMISSIONERS OF THE
NORTH COLLIER FIRE CONTROL AND RESCUE DISTRICT of Collier County Florida,that the
fiscal year 2025-2026 Final Budget for North Collier Fire Control and Rescue District
Impact Fee Fund be adopted.
This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner Feder , who
moved its adoption.
