This allows the flood waters to enter in and out of the facility with minimal damage. The design changes and the resubmittal of the permit should be completed in September 2025. • Estimated cost of repairs = $1,293,500. • Permit approval and the solicitation submittal are expected in October 2025. • The solicitation should be out for bids in the spring of 2026 and Notice to Proceed (NTP) is anticipated to be issued in August 2026 with the construction to be completed before the end of the 2026 calendar year.
