This change is needed to allow time to complete additional separate projects at the Jail Facility. The
completion of the additional companion projects is required before the fire alarm project can obtain
certification by the Greater Naples Fire District.

If this change is not processed, the contractor will not be able to obtain final certification from the
Greater Naples Fire District by the substantial completion date due in no fault of the contractor.
