GGELTC Notice 07/07/2025Collier County Government Communications, Government & Public Affairs 3299 Tamiami Trail East, Suite 102 Naples, Florida 34112-5746 June 24, 2025 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Notice of Public Meeting Golden Gate Estates Land Trust Advisory Committee Collier County, Florida July 7, 2025 5:30 p.m. Notice is hereby given that the Golden Gate Estates Land Trust Advisory Committee will meet on Monday, July 7th, at 5:30 p.m., at the Greater Naples Fire Rescue District (Administration Headquarters), 14575 Collier Blvd., Naples, Florida. The five-member committee, created by Ordinance Number 87-48, amended by Ordinance Number 87-98 and 94- 40, to carry out the requirements, conditions and various provisions of an agreement relating to the use of land, or funds derived from the sale of land, conveyed to the County by Avatar Properties, Inc. (f/k/a GAC Properties, Inc.). About the public meeting: Two or more members of the Collier County Board of County Commissioners may be present and may participate in the meeting. The subject matter of this meeting may be an item for discussion and action at a future meeting of those boards, councils, or agencies. All interested parties are invited to attend, and to register to speak. All registered public speakers will be limited to three minutes unless changed by the Chairman. Collier County Ordinance No. 2004-05 requires that all lobbyists shall, before engaging in any lobbying activities (including, but not limited to, addressing the Board of County Commissioners, an advisory board or quasi-judicial board), register with the Clerk to the Board at the Board Minutes and Records Department.
