1. Call to Order
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Joe Burke at
2. Pledge of Allegiance
The Committee recited the Pledge of Allegiance.
3. Roll Call
Roll was taken by staff. A quorum was present.
4. Changes and Approval of the Agenda
The agenda was reviewed and approved unanimously.
5. Approval of Previous Meeting Minutes
The Committee approved the May minutes meeting.
6. Revenue Report
Andy Miller presented the revenue report, noting a 33% positive variance from
budget forecasts and consistency with last year's revenue trends.
State (Funding Request
The Committee approved a resolution supporting the county's application to the
Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) for Fiscal Year 2026-
2027.
8. Cmnmittee Vacancy Recommendation
The Committee recommended Bob Raymond for reappointment.
9. Collier Creek Dredging Project
Members expressed concerns about the progress of the dredging project,
including potential environmental hazards and construction impact.
10. Old Business
-Discussion continued on the Tiger Tail Project and concerns regarding
environmental impact and property protection.
Beach access and fencing were also discussed.
11. New MemUer Introduction
A new member, Daniel High, was introduced to replace outgoing member Steve
Koziar,
12. Next Meeting Date
The next meeting date is scheduled for July 11, 2025 at 1:00 p.m.
13. Adjournment
There being no further business for the good of the County, the meeting was
adjourned at 1:45 p.m.
